1. What types of rentals do you offer?
We currently specialize in stunning photo backdrops, including flower and greenery walls. Our collection is growing, so stay tuned for more exciting decor options in the future!
2. How do I book a rental?
Booking is easy! Just reach out to us through our website form, social media, or email. We’ll discuss your event details, confirm availability, and send you a custom quote. Once finalized we'll collect a 50% deposit to secure your booking through our easy online payment system.
3. Is a deposit required?
Yes, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.
4. What are your prices?
We are happy to send a price list detailing our current inventory. Our backdrop options are generally priced from $200-400.
5. Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
You can cancel at least 14 days before your event to avoid full charges, but the 50% deposit is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, let us know as soon as possible and we’ll work with you to find a new date, depending on availability.
6. How long is the rental period?
We do daily rentals. The price is the same for however long you need it for your event within a 12 hour period. This allows us all to be more flexible with the setup & breakdown times. If you need extra time, just let us know and we’ll adjust the rental pricing accordingly.
7. What happens if the rental items are damaged?
We ask that all items are returned in the condition they were delivered. If any damage occurs or cleaning is needed, additional fees may apply. In some cases, we may require a security deposit, which will be refunded after the event if everything is in good condition.
8. Do you offer delivery and setup?
Yes! We provide delivery, setup, and pickup services. Delivery fees depend on your event location, and we’ll coordinate the best time to arrive for setup and return for pickup.
9. What areas do you deliver to?
We currently serve Peachtree city and the surrounding Fayette & Coweta county areas. If you're outside of our service area, feel free to reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate.
10. Can I add my own decorations or signs?
Yes! We love a good DIY and appreciate fellow creatives. Let us know what you plan to attach and we can help advise the best ways to secure them. We also know great vendors that compliment our business and are happy to work with them to achieve your vision.
